All-Purpose Barbecue Rub

Quick, easy, and it's as good as any rub I've tried.

2 T. paprika
2 T. salt
1 T. black pepper, ground
2 t. cayenne, ground

Mix, and press thoroughly into the meat. Wrap in saran wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
